Reservations and Cancellations Policies
Tours and Transfers
In order to confirm any reservation , we need a credit card number
Before 24 hours, no cancellation charge
Between 12 and 24 hrs, 50 % will be charged
Less than 12 hrs or no shows will be charged 100%
Packages
In order to confirm any reservation, we need a valid credit card number
Reservations made within 35 days 100% payment is required
For all other reservations 50% deposit is required.
The total payment of the package that has been reserved is due 35 days prior to departure.
Cancellations of Packages
All cancellations have to be made in writing by
e-mail or fax.
Cancellations made prior to 35 days 100% will be refunded.
Cancellations made between 35 and 15 days 50% will be refunded.
Cancellations made after 15 days will not be refunded.
Canada West Ground Services Inc. reserves the rights to cancel any tour or package at any time at their own discretion.
